Emergency

If an emergency arises with your pet during our regular business hours we recommend bringing your pet in immediately.  If you are not sure if the situation is an emergency feel free to give us a call and speak with one of our certified veterinary technicians.  We recommend calling ahead of time to allow us time to prepare for your arrival and to confirm a veterinarian is onsite to treat your pet.  We do understand that some emergencies do not allow the time to call.

AFTER HOUR EMERGENCY CARE:

If your pet has ingested any human medications or creams, household or garage chemicals or other toxins we recommend calling the Pet Poison Helpline immediately.  Pet poison experts are available 24/7 to assist you with any pet poisonings.  These experts will assign your pet a case number so our veterinarians can consult with the toxicologist as needed to treat your pet.

Pet Poison Helpline charges a $59 per incident consultation fee, payable by credit card only.  This fee covers the initial consultation as well as all follow-up calls associated with the management of the case.
